Ma Insurance

As the 23rd insurance company, MA Insurance Co obtained its agreement in principle from the Islamic Republic of Iran Central Insurance on Fed 27, 2010 to do all kinds of insurance activities. The company was established public limited, and 40% of its stock was presented through subscription of shares in the bank and over-the-counter (OTS).

The company was set up on July 4, 2011, and on July 25 it formally started its activity in the presence of the president of the Central Insurance, Bank Mellat Managing Director and board members, the directors of this insurance company and a group of senior managers as well as people active in the insurance industry.
